-Whole Foods-With nutrition I like to follow the 80/20 rule. 80 percent of the time is focused on whole natural foods and 20 percent of the time I will indulge and enjoy myself. It’s always good to not be harsh on yourself if you eat too many foods that are “unhealthy” because you can always get right back on track.
